Design of Coplanar Circuit Switching Network in Quantum Dot Cellular Automata

Abstract: Quantum dot Cellular Automata (QCA) is the alternative technology to the classic CMOS technology since it is going to attain a road block in reducing power consumption and increase speed of the digital circuits.
