Abstract: We propose a method of manipulating the coercivity of anisotropic hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination (HDDR) powders to fabricate high-remanence and fine-grained Nd-Fe-B magnets using only hot-pressing without a subsequent hot-deformation process.
