Weather defines the short-term condition of the atmosphere in a certain region, while climate is the statistical weather condition at a given place during a specified period of time. Climate change describes the change of weather patterns over time within the range of decades to millions of years. According to studies, earth is experiencing climate change due to human activities. This past decade, predicting the weather condition has become a tough problem that humans encounter everywhere around the world. This sometimes results in an inaccurate weather prediction. But in order to predict and lessen the possibilities that risk and harm people's lives, developing marine weather information like buoys is done. Deploying weather buoys in the ocean helps predict weather conditions in a specific location in real-time. It is used to monitor the conditions of the ocean's surface and deep below it. *Author for correspondenceThe buoys also help to forecast natural phenomena such as earthquakes and storms by using sensors to gather different parameters such as air temperature, air density, relative humidity, wind speed, rainfall, solar radiation, water temperature and salinity profile [1].In predicting weather conditions, deploying weather buoy can now be deployed together with Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The topic that will be developed throughout this document is very important since it can affect us now or in the future, such as water scarcity, whose main causes are water pollution, such as eutrophication, which is the accumulation of toxic waste in our lakes, rivers and seas, as well as in the mining tailings made 50 years ago, which has brought many consequences for our health, making this resource less accessible to man, such as the over exploitation of this resource, Therefore, in this work we will use the RAD methodology, in which, when carrying out this research, it is proposed to develop the application called "AWAPP", in which the use of water for the different activities that involve it is delimited, therefore, achieving a reduction of the scarcity of this resource by 20% and ensuring that better care is taken with the excessive use of water, which is expected not to be exhausted over the years, since it would cause an environmental impact with respect to the conscious use of water.

La agricultura tradicional se ve afectada en rendimiento y calidad por diferentes factores ambientales externos. Para enfrentar este problema se vuelve necesaria la innovación tecnológica, permitiendo de esta manera, optimizar recursos invertidos en los cultivos, para volverlos más productivos y rentables. Una de las alternativas de innovación para el sector agrícola es la implementación de Internet de las Cosas (IoT). Es así que este trabajo propone la implementación de una solución de hardware y software de bajo costo, que permita almacenar y analizar datos ambientales de los cultivos de manera centralizada y remota, para posteriormente realizar pronósticos con mayor precisión en indicadores ambientales como la humedad y la temperatura. Para el desarrollo de esta propuesta se utilizaron microcontroladores NodeMCU ESP8266, sensores de temperatura/humedad AM2302, sensores de lluvia MH-RD, y se desarrolló un dashboard para analizar los datos en tiempo real utilizando la herramienta node-red. Para que el sistema interactúe con los sensores remotos, se usó una conexión inalámbrica wifi por medio del protocolo MQTT. Las pruebas de esta propuesta se las realizaron en las parcelas agrícolas de la Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE Sede Santo Domingo. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la operación del prototipo tuvieron mayor precisión en comparación de un termohigrómetro y la aplicación google weather.
