Design of Terahertz InP pHEMT Using Machine Learning Assisted Global Optimization Techniques

Abstract: This paper presents an optimal design of terahertz InP-based pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors (pHEMT) powered by an artificial intelligence (AI) technique.
