Design of UCST Polymers for Chilling Capture of Proteins

Abstract: Ureido-derivatized polymers, such as poly(allylurea) (PU) and poly(L-citrulline) derivatives, exhibited upper critical solution temperature (UCST) behavior under physiological buffer conditions as we previously reported.
