Design, synthesis and fungicidal activity of isothiazole–thiazole derivatives

Abstract: Compound 6u exhibits ultrahigh fungicidal activity by acting at its potent target PcORP1 and induces systemic acquired resistance by activating the salicylic acid pathway.
