Design, Synthesis, and Use of Novel Photoaffinity Probes in Measuring the Serum Concentration of Glycogen Phosphorylase

Abstract: A procedure to measure the serum concentration of glycogen phosphorylase during acute myocardial infarction is presented. This method was based on the synthesis of photoaffinity probes, and used the semiquantitative protein electrophoretic mobility shift technique.
