Designing Data Elements and Minimum Data Set (MDS) for Creating the Registry of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is increasing in Iran. Collection of patients’ data is commonly conducted through using medical records.
