Desmoplastic fibroma of the frontal bone

Abstract: Desmoplastic fibroma is a benign but locally aggressive tumor arising usually from the mandible, pelvis and long bones with a potential for recurrence. We report a case of desmoplastic fibroma of the frontal bone in a young male.
