Detached housing utilized as shared houses: establishment process and living style – case study in Yamaguchi Prefecture

Abstract: In this study, the habitation history and building repair history of wooden private houses in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and the circumstances that result in their repurposing as shared houses are investigated.
