Detection of Brevipalpus-transmitted viruses in their mite vectors by RT–PCR

Abstract: The diagnosis of plant diseases caused by Brevipalpus-transmitted viruses (BrTVs) has been done through the analyses of symptoms, transmission electron microscopy, and RT-PCR of infected plant tissues.
