Abstract:This study describes a sensitive and rapid method for the quantification of Cimetidine (Cim) based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), using silver nanoparticles as an SERS substrate. Ag nanoparticle was fabricated by hydrothermal method. The experiment includes the selection of solvent types and optimisation of volume radio. Results suggested that the intensity and logarithmic Cim concentration in the range from 1.0 × 10 −8 to 1.0 × 10 −4 M has a linear relationship with the coefficient of determinat… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
