Detection of CNV in the SH3RF2 gene and its effects on growth and carcass traits in chickens

Abstract: Background: The SH3RF2 gene is a protein-coding gene located in a quantitative trait locus associated with body weight, and its deletion has been shown to be positively associated with body weight in chickens.
