Abstract:The spatial position and dip feature of the density boundary are significant to the study of fault and tectonic frameworks. Edge detection methods generally attach importance to the horizontal position of the boundary, but it is difficult to determine the dip feature expressly. A density gradient inversion method was proposed based on the corresponding relationship among the gravity forward field, forward kernel matrix, and model attributes. The inversion result of this method is that the density gradient valu… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
