Detection of Human Lymphocyte Subpopulations by Using Monoclonal Antibodies and Protein A-Coated Erythrocytes

Abstract: The results obtained by using the protein A-rosette assay for human peripheral blood lymphocytes treated with a series of monoclonal antibodies were very close to the estimates obtained by indirect fluorescence.
