Abstract: Invasive plants have imposed severe threats to native ecosystems worldwide. Triadica sebifera (Tallow tree) and Ligustrum sinense (Chinese privet) are among the most prolific invasive species in the southern United States (US) that needs urgent assessment to protect coastal ecosystems.
