Detection of mis-folded protein aggregates from a clinical perspective

Abstract: Neurodegenerative Protein Misfolding Diseases (PMDs), such as Alzheimer's (AD), Parkinson's (PD) and prion diseases, are generally difficult to diagnose before irreversible damage to the central nervous system damage has occurred.
