“…Rehman et al (2017) investigated that with the decrease in NPSH of the pump, the cavitation rises with the increase in vapour volume fraction on the blade surface. According to Abdulaziz and Kotb (2017), when pump operation shifts from non-cavitating to cavitating conditions, the vibration level increases when first blade passing frequency signs vibration spectrum with the presence of high energy at high frequency. The results revealed that using transient state analysis is capable of computing the noise produced by the pump due to cavitation.…”
