Detection of QTLs for cold tolerance at the booting stage in near-isogenic lines derived from rice landrace Lijiangxintuanheigu

Abstract: Chilling damage significantly reduces grain yield in rice, while exploring major quantitative trait loci (QTLs) has the potential to improve rice production.
