Detection of ranunculus mild mosaic virus in weed species in Japan

Abstract: Significance and Impact of the Study: Ranunculus (Ranunculus asiaticus L.) is one of the most popular cut flowers in Japan. In this study, ranunculus mild mosaic virus (RanMMV) in Ranunculaceae weed plants was found in ranunculus cultivation fields and noncultivation regions in Japan.
