Detection of soil fungi from wheat cultivated area

Bu çalışmada, Trakya Bölgesi'nde çeşitli tarla ve bahçe ürünlerinin yetiştirildiği topraklardaki mikrofunguslar ile havayla taşınan mikrofungusların konsantrasyon ve kompozisyonlarının araştırılması amaçlandı. 1 g kuru toprağa karşılık gelen taze topraktaki mikrofungusların ortalama sayısı, patates yetiştirilen toprakta en yüksek, ayçiçeği yetiştirilen toprakta ise en düşük düzeyde gözlendi. Soğan tarlasının toprağı mikrofungus cinsi bakımından en fazla çeşitlilik gösterirken, bezelye bahçesinde en az çeşitlilik saptandı. Tarla bitkilerinin yetiştirildiği alanlardan alınan hava örneklerinde en fazla fungal spor nohut tarlasından, en az ise ayçiçek tarlasından izole edildi. Soğan ve mısır tarlasından alınan hava örneklerinde fungal çeşitlilik en fazla iken, en az çeşitlilik ise bakla ve nane bahçelerinden alınan hava örneklerinde tespit edildi. Tüm toprak örneklerinde en yaygın olarak Mycelia Sterilia'ya ait mikrofunguslar izole edilirken, bunu sırasıyla Penicillium, Acremonium, Aspergillus ve Fusarium cinsleri izledi. Tüm bitkilerin yetiştirildiği tarlaların havasında Cladosporium en baskın cins olarak bulundu.
