Detection of the Coronavirus

Abstract: Corona is a single stranded RNA virus contains two subfamilies: Coronavirinae and Torovirinae. Its genome size is very larger and divided into four different strains. First autopsy material is collected from the lung tissue for the detection. The sample then stored in a sterile container at 2-8°C. The samples should be the properly labeled.
