Abstract:Jonathan Brown is a lecturer in Scots Private Law at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Previously he was a lecturer in law at Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University. Jonathan considers himself to be a private law generalist and dabbling legal historian.
