However, so far only two studies, which were reported by Kobayashi et al [6,7], have referred to these effects. These authors observed incomplete erasing and a self-generation of PSL signals in IPs after heavy irradiation by He + ions, but they did not further elucidate the characteristics and mechanisms of the effects.…”
