“…The distribution of the disease in the department of Valle del Cauca has not shown significant changes in the study period. The average incidence was 0.94 per 100,000 inhabitants, similar to that presented by Rivas et al, 13 where they report an average incidence of 0.99 per 100,000 inhabitants.
