Determinants of Burden in Family Caregivers of Individuals With Schizophrenia: A Systematic Review

Abstract: The current systematic review was performed to determine the specific burdens placed on families of individuals with schizophrenia. Scopus, PubMed, and CINAHL databases were searched, resulting in 21 articles that met inclusion criteria. Results showed that treatment of individuals with schizophrenia poses a burden on families.
