Determinants of emotional status, mood, and well-being in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgical treatment

Abstract: Introduction: Hospitalisation affects patients' well-being. Surgery intensifies negative feelings because of risk of postoperative complications, fear of anaesthesia, and pain associated with surgery.
