Human resource development climate is an integral part of organizational climate. The present paper examines ANOVA analysis of human resource development climate of different information technology organizations in India. The study is based on survey of in 13 selected information technology organizations such as Tata Chandigarh and Mohali respectively. The results from ANOVA analysis proves that human resource development climate in information technology sector varies from organization to organization.
