Determination of 12 heavy metals in hennas by microwave induced plasma optical emission spectrometry

Abstract: In this study, a new methodology using microwave-induced plasma atomic emission spectrometry (MP AES) after microwave assisted digestion been developed to determine aluminum, boron, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, lead, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, and tin concentrations in 18 commercial henna samples purchased from markets in Turkey.
