Determination of Amino Acid Sequence in Surfactin, a Crystalline Peptidelipid Surfactant Produced by Bacillus subtilis

Abstract: The present communication describes the determination of amino acid sequence in sur factin as well as optical configuration of four leucine molecules therein.
