V této části jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se zjištěných reálných hodnot obsahu aromatických alkoholů v českých pivech. Byl studován obsah aromatických alkoholů v běžných výčepních pivech, ležácích a nealkoholických pivech. V případě nealkoholických piv byly získány první údaje o vlivu použité technologie na změny obsahu těchto senzoricky aktivních látek.
