Determination of Atherosclerosis markers changes after HIIT and ginger consumption in response to acute exercise in overweight women

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of ten weeks of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with ginger supplementation on the systemic inflammatory response to acute HIIT exercise. Twenty four sedentary overweight women randomly assigned into three groups' including HIIT + ginger (n=8), HIIT + placebo (n=8) and ginger (n=8).
