Determination of Paeoniflorin and Paeonol in Houyinan Tablet by UPLC

Abstract: In this study, our purpose was to establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Paeoniflorin and Paeonol in Houyinan Tablet. The separation was performed on Acquity BEH C18 column(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.2 mL•min-1, the detection wavelength was 230nm, the column temperature was 30°Cand the injection volume was 2μL. Paeoniflorin and Paeonol reached effective separation with the other components in this chromatographic … Show more

“…Compared with the Paeonia ostii barks pure forest researched by Fang et al and others [2], the shading of the walnut tree inhibited the convection and enough illumination of the undersurface air in this study, which alleviated the occurrence of peony light inhibition events. At the same time, the barrier or competition of water, fertilizer, oxygen and heat by walnuts formed a stress on the peony, or the intercropping crop improved the soil mineral nutrition [12][13], thus increasing the yield of P. ostii barks.…”
