Determination of pesticides in hydroponic water for environmental phytoremediation

Abstract: This study validated a simple, and fast method by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Diode Array Detector (HPLC -DAD) for pesticide phytoremediation analysis. The method was developed in water and in a hydroponic medium. Sample extraction and concentration were performed by Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) with Strata C18-E type cartridges.
