Determination of Phosphodiesterase Inhibitors Tadalafil, Roflumilast and Roflumilast N-Oxide Using LC–MS in Guinea Pig Plasma

Abstract: Phosphodiesterases are known as a super-family of 11 isoenzymes, which can exert various functions based on their organ distribution.
