Abstract

Today, technological developments in surgery, new diagnostic methods, successful interventions, advances in patient care, the rise in the socio-cul-tural level of the society, and increasing epidemics in recent years have increased the number of surgical interventions. 1 Surgery causes anxiety in indi-
