Determination of Sleep States Before and After Sleep Hygiene Training in Psychiatric Patients

Abstract: Psikiyatri hastalarının uyku hijyeni eğitimi öncesi ve sonrası uyku durumlarının belirlenmesi U yku, organizmanın çevreyle iletişiminin, değişik şiddette uyaranlarla geri döndürülebilir biçimde, geçici, kısmi ve periyodik olarak kaybolması durumu olarak tanımlanmaktadır.
