Determination of tafenoquine in human plasma by dispersive liquid‐liquid microextraction

Abstract: Tafenoquine, a synthetic analogue of primaquine, is a promising agent for the treatment of human malaria since this drug shows better antimalarial activity than primaquine in vitro and short treatment course.
