Abstract:The article presents the results of a laboratory analysis of the trophic chain: "soil-plant-bee body-honey" for the content of toxic elements such as Pb, Cd, As, Hg and the main organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators of honey.
To determine the toxic elements in the trophic chain, sampling was carried out from one experimental site of the Akmola region, Zerendy district, Alekseevka rural district near the largest gold mining company in Kazakhstan "Altyntau Kokshetau".
