Abstract: Determination of the detective efficiency of X ray diagnostic systems is a rather difficult task. It has been widely discussed in the literature [1 3, 7]. An internation al standard unifies the method for determination of the detective efficiency of X ray detectors, in particular, matrix detectors used in medical X ray diagnosis [8].
