To determine the effect of bisoprolol or carvedilol therapy on the regulatory-adaptive status (RAS) of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and preserved ejection fraction (pEF) of the left ventricle (LV) the background of hypertensive disease (HD).Material and methods.
