Abstract:The loss of the product during post-harvest practices in agriculture is one of the most common problems that threaten food security today. Identifying and eliminating the causes of post-harvest losses is the best strategy to increase the efficiency of the farms and farmers who grow the product and ensure food safety, rather than using additional resources to increase the volume of production of any type of product.
