Determination of the Optical Absorption Coefficient Spectra of Thin Semiconductor Layers from Their Photoacoustic Spectra

Abstract: This paper presents the new method of computation of the optical absorption coefficient spectra from the normalized photoacoustic amplitude spectra of thin semiconductor samples deposited on the optically transparent and thermally thick substrates.
