Determination of the relationship of the spiritual orientation of nurses with compassion fatigue, burnout, and compassion satisfaction

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the relationship of the spiritual orientation of nurses with compassion fatigue, burnout, and compassion satisfaction of nurses working in two large hospitals.
