We propose a vespa mandarinia recognition model based on analytic hierarchy process to assess and classify reports of sightings. we construct the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model to evaluate and classify reports. The four main indicators in the AHP model extracted from the data are image, position, note and detection time, and the corresponding weights of the four indicators are calculated. Then, we establish models based on the four indicators to determine the scoring criteria. For the notes part, we use Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency arithmetic to extract keywords and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to classify and score the notes. Based on the AHP model, scores of the report can be calculated. Next, we use the scores of the given reports to calculate the classification threshold and divide all the report into three status based on two thresholds: positive, negative and unverified. According to the corresponding formula, the two thresholds are calculated as 0.6276 and 0.3937 respectively.

The MCDM-AHP technique was used for impact assessment of tourism on socioeconomic development in the coastal area with respondents’ point of view. The responses from native people were recorded using questionnaires through interviews about selected nine criteria including accessibility and connectivity, amenities, health care facilities, business, employability, standard of living, cultural values, agriculture and fisheries, and immovable properties. The literature review, fieldwork and experts’ opinions are fundamental keys to select the criteria and determination of ranks. About 35.55% respondents reported higher impact of tourism, 29.14% respondents informed moderate impact, 25.69% respondents reported less impact and 9.62% respondents reported very less impact of tourism activities on development in the region. The development of reported criteria varies according the beach area and relative location of the beaches on the shoreline. The beaches located far south and away from district headquarter show relatively less development. The focus of investment should be concentrated on development of the accessibility and connectivity, required amenities, health care facilities, small-scale business, employability, cultural values, agriculture and fisheries to improve the tourism activities for improving standard of living of native people in the region. The methodology, techniques and results achieved in this study can be useful for planning and monitoring the tourism activities for sustainable and uniform development in the similar areas.

Purpose: The study aimed to analyze strategies for managing the ecosystem of Lake Tondano to prepare a medium-term plan for its management. Theoretical Framework: The Lake Tondano ecosystem has important economic and ecological functions for the economy and welfare of the people in North Sulawesi Province. The quality of the lake ecosystem continues to decline including water pollution, siltation of the lake, shrinkage of the area and other uses that do not consider aspects of ecosystem sustainability. Method: The analysis method used a combination of SWOT and AHP, with stakeholder participation. Data was obtained through literature study and focus group discussions (FGD) involving both formal and informal stakeholders. Results: The AHP analysis results indicate that simultaneous impact criteria are the main criteria for determining priority strategies. Conclusions: Thirteen strategies were formulated based on the SWOT analysis. The medium-term plan's management priority strategies have been determined based on the results of the AHP analysis. These strategies include: (1) Controlling the level of water pollution and household waste, (2) Revitalizing the lake, (3) Developing institutions for integrated lake ecosystem management, and (4) Planning the spatial layout of the lakes and their boundaries.
