Abstract:10593 Background: Li-Fraumeni Syndrome (LFS) is a hereditary cancer syndrome associated with a germline mutation in the TP53 tumor suppressor gene and an increased risk of developing a spectrum of cancers throughout a carrier’s lifetime.
