Determining Indicators of Mountain Destination Development

Abstract: Discrete choice experiments are conducted in different fields to obtain data for investigating consumer behaviour and derived measures such as the value of improving a particular service attribute. This paper presents a stated preference experiment for evaluating the service quality of four hotels of an important corporation in Gran Canaria Island (Lopesan Hotels and Resorts).
