Abstract:Background: Amoebiasis is a pathogen organism which is well-known both in human and veterinary medicine. The aim of this study was to determine serum amyloid-A (SAA), haptoglobin (Hp), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukins-1 (IL-1β) and 6 (IL-6) levels in neonatal calves which were naturally infected with amoebiasis.
