Memasuki era baru, madrasah sebagai bagian dari lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis Islam, harus mempunyai pemimpin yang adaptif dan mampu menjadi katalisator agar dapat memberdayakan sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Hal ini melatarbelakangi sekaligus menjadi tujuan peneliti ingin mengulas bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi solusi kepala madrasah dalam upaya persiapan menghadapi era baru, society 5.0. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui hasil dari penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Library Research, yaitu menelaah teori transformasional dan konsep era society 5.0 dengan data kepustakaan berupa karya-karya tulis mengenai teori transformasional dan konsep era society 5.0, baik sumber datanya berupa artikel, jurnal, buku, yang lalu diolah dan ditelaah kaitannya dengan penelitian ini. Analisis isi (Content Analysist) sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menjadi solusi untuk diterapkan kepala madrasah dalam era society 5.0, dikarenakan yang pertama, memuat elemen-elemen yang menjadi pendukung untuk mengembangkan skill tambahan kepala madrasah yang harus dimiliki dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan era. Yang kedua, perhatian individu pada kepemimpinan trasnformasional menjadi hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih baik. Dari sini terlihat bahwa gaya dari suatu kepemimpinan menjadi tolok ukur kesuksesan kualitas seorang pemimpin, oleh karena itu, penting bagi pemimpin untuk memilih pijakan dalam menentukan gaya kepemimpinannya

Industry 5.0 is one of the emerging stages of industrialization in which humans collaborate with cutting-edge technologies to enhance various workplace processes. The primary objective is to emphasize meeting the needs of people and provide enhanced resilience and understanding of sustainability. Industry 5.0 enables cooperation with such advanced technologies and the stakeholders in the education sector to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the teaching-learning process. The present study provides an exhaustive review of the role of Industry 5.0 in smart education. At the outset, a brief overview of the present scenario in the education sector and its associated challenges is presented. This sets the stage for establishing the need for Education 1.0 and its progressive transition to Education 4.0. Further, the motivation to integrate Industry 5.0 with Education 4.0 and the related enabling technologies that support are discussed. The paper extensively provides a description of the application of Industry 5.0 in various educational sectors namely in medical education, further learning, distance education, engineering education, and shop floor training. The study also presents seven case studies highlighting the successful implementation of Industry 5.0 in versatile sectors and regions. Finally, the challenges of Industry 5.0 in education are discussed pointing to potential future directions of research.

Disruptions involving integration of cyber physical systems are changing the industrial ecosystem in the form of industry 4.0. A competent and educated workforce is required to materialise industry 4.0 in India. This study evaluates impact of technology enabled integrated fusion teaching for students in an affiliated college in Delhi NCR region in India. The performance of students taught with technology enabled integrated fusion teaching and traditional method was compared. Paired t test and independent t test was used to analyse the academic performance. It was found that academic performance of students taught by technology enabled integrated fusion teaching (TEIFT) was significantly better than traditional teaching.
