Deterministic approximation of stochastic spatially explicit model of actin-myosin interaction in discrete filament lattice

Abstract: One of commonly used approaches of biophysical modeling of muscle contractile apparatus is spatially explicit discrete lattice models in Monte Carlo simulation.
